Reflecting Back to Shine Forward

Sometimes looking back propels us forward.

In this season of reflections and new beginnings, it felt right to share this poem I wrote in 2007. The words describe the focus and intention for my work, and remains as true today as when it was first written. Enjoy!

SHINE

an
invitation
to
transformation.

connecting
more deeply
with ourselves,
sharing our gifts
with the world.

caring for ourselves
and others,
with kindness,
compassion and
joy.

living with
greater purpose
and freedom.

spacious and alive.

SHINE.

I’d love to hear from you about which if any parts of this resonate with you. What intentions do you have to shine in this new year?

And, if you would like to bring more mindfulness into your life in this new year, I have availability for a few more private mindfulness coaching clients.

To what one breath can do,

“. . . And then the day came
when the risk to remain tight in a bud
was more painful than the risk it took to blossom.”

~ Anaïs Nin
